Karina Sher – ENFJ-A/ENFJ-T

Karina Sher is a British Indian vocalist, songwriter, creative director, and entrepreneur based in Leicester. Born 1 October 1980 in Leicester, England, she is a Libra and Life Path 11 artist recognised for her multidisciplinary leadership across music, media, publishing, and alternative creative industries.

She is the frontwoman and songwriter for two distinct projects: Mindlapse, a UK metal band that has landed in the rock and metal charts from the BBC Rock Charts (hosted by Chaz Carol), printed in the NME Magazine, landed a KKKK review in Kerrang and feature in Metal Hammer. Mindlapse have also been Malcolm Dome approved, interviewed and plugged by Total Rock Radio. Previously signed to HTT Records, Karina designed to self release via her label Ragebreed Records with online distribution via Earache Digital Distribution.

The 2nd project is Lake Of Dreams (Ragebreed/Earache Digital Distribution), an acoustic and progressive gothic fantasy project combining ethereal vocals, cinematic composition, and immersive narrative world-building. Performing the Athena in Leicester including Ragefest UK, Lake Of Dreams also extends into a developing fantasy film concept, merging music, mythology, and visual storytelling into a unified cinematic universe.

Karina is the founder and managing director of Ragebreed, an international independent music label and creative media platform supporting alternative artists across music, fashion, events and media. Within Ragebreed, she operates as festival director of Ragefest UK, president of the International Global Metal Alliance, and oversees booking and artist development through Ragebreed Booking Agency.

She is also a Level 5 qualified graphic designer, working across branding, editorial, and visual identity systems. She is the editor and designer of the Ragebreed Magazine, and has produced extensive visual and editorial work across Ragebreed Magazine, campaigns, and artist branding.

Her media work includes roles as a podcast host, radio host, and broadcaster through Ragebreed Radio, Ragebreed Entertainment Hub and Ragebreed TV, where she produces interviews, features, and live alternative culture content.

Karina works within Ragebreed Mind, Body & Spirit, a platform focused on coaching, holistic development, card readings, and creative wellbeing, integrating artistic practice with emotional and personal development frameworks.

She is also active in anti-bullying and anti-prejudice advocacy through Ragebreed Against Bullying, using her platform to amplify lived experience narratives and promote awareness, empathy, and resilience within alternative communities.

Alongside her leadership and media work, she is a published poet, writer, visual artist, and graphic designer, with work spanning independent publishing, editorial design, and artistic collaborations. She also works in modelling through Ragebreed Girls and affiliated creative campaigns.

In addition, she performs internationally as a DJ under the name DJ Angel Witch, contributing to underground rock, metal, and alternative electronic scenes, she has done festivals, club nights and is a DJ host on Ragebreed Radio and Ragebreed Entertainment Hub.

Her work is centred on independent creative infrastructure, cross-disciplinary storytelling, and building global platforms for alternative artists and communities

MUSIC/FIlm

Singer & Songwriter of Mindlapse and Lake Of Dreams, currently writing a script of the Lake Of Dreams movie. Signed at 16 years of age with HTT Records, Karina embarked on her journey writing music for Mindlapse, decided to release both bands via her label Ragebreed Records gaining KKKK review in Kerrang, top 10 in NME Magazine, featured in Metal Hammer and Total Rock Approved by the late Malcolm Dome with a full interview plugging the whole of Souls For Sinners EP. Lake Of Dreams songs have been performed at Ragefest UK in Nottingham and at a private event in Athena in Leicester. Film in the making of the concept project involving both bands Mindlapse and Lake Of Dreams. Both bands have been plugged nationally and internationally in mainstream and underground media.

ALTERNATIVE COMPANY OWNER

Owner of alternative label and alternative media hub Ragebreed promoting UK and global music internationally via magazine (PDF Flipbook), radio, social media groups and pages and promotions. Awarded best alternative label and best alternative media hub by SME Awards from Midlands Enterprise Awards. Karina began her journey as a promoter and put on tours for Candlelight Records band Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum in 2005 and 2006, continued her journey into events/clubs management (certified in event management), ever since, but grew different services and products in advertising and promotions through magazine, social media and various packages via the company including a store at www.ragebreedstore.com

ARTist & GRAPHIC DESIGNer

Published artist as one of the top 10 artists in Leicestershire for being unique, abstract and different, Karina was selected by Aspire Magazine to be in a feature for her surrealism and abstract art. Karina studied art and graphic design and is a level 5 Graphic Designer having a strong portfolio of designing for flyers, posters, menus, logos, videos, sites, album artwork and much much more for clients globally. She has designed most graphics for Ragebreed including the magazines and Mindlapse and Lake Of Dreams covers.

LIFE COACHING & SPA/ALTERNATIVE THERAPY & card reader

Certified as a life coach, group life coach and relationship group workshop coach facilitator along with many spa treatments like indian head massage, spa massage, facials, crystal healing, reiki, guided meditation, card readings, just to name a few. While Karina believes in conventional medicine, she has found that meditation, mind, body and spirit, massage, card readings, self care has helped her clients with wellbeing, helped them through stress, anxiety, depression and with coaching skills, has helped many people through their journey to reach their dreams or to simply heal and relax via her treatments.

Commissions earned from various brands such as Amazon as an influencer, Model band shirts for free as a Ragebreed Girl & Babes In Band Tops (Against Sexism), for alternative and underground bands to help raise funds for their merch. Charges (fee based) for companies from around the world. Certified in social media management and guerilla marketing.

Host for interviews for Ragebreed TV (YouTube). Writes features for Ragebreed Magazine, interviews bands and brands and also does reviews of music, film, live reviews. Also a published poet of two hard copy books, "The Black Forest" and "Nadir To Zenith". She is currently writing her third book and also writing a recipe book due to her love of cooking.

Has hosted radio shows, and podcasts for Ragebreed Radio and also done sets for various festivals, venues and club nights.
